Kia Ora Koutou,

I am Cynthia Fang and originally from Shanghai, China. I have been working in the NZ tourism industry for over 15 years and am currently working as Head of Tourism Practice in the consulting industry. I am holding board member roles for a couple of national tourism associations, currently studying towards my MBA degree and also running my marketing agency.

The tourism perspective in Rotorua drew me to move to this beautiful city seven years ago. I have seen the passion, talent, resilience, and optimism that our local Chinese communities have presented through the time of highs and lows during the years. I am privileged and proud to be able to work alongside this extraordinary group into the prosperous future under the leadership of the Rotorua Chinese Community of Commerce, to continue seeking opportunities, building RCCC commercial profile, increasing local economy and navigating the future environment together.
